Device Requirements

In order to install our Android Games App, you will need to allow non-market applications. Navigate to "Settings", tap "Security" and place a check next to "Unknown Sources".
(security may display as "Applications" on older devices.)

Our Android Games App requires Android Operating System (OS) 2.2 or higher.

If your device or operating system is not compatible with a game, you may not be able to download it or you may get a warning message. Unfortunately, these games may not be playable on your device.

Tech Help

If you are having trouble playing games on your Android device, the following may help:

  • Update the Operating System (OS 2.2 or higher).
  • Uninstall and reinstall the WildTangent Games App.

Download & Install Games

To download and install a game on your Android device:

  • Open the WildTangent Games App.
  • Tap on the game and then tap "Download".
  • Once the installer pops up, tap "Install".
  • Open the game by tapping "Open", or tap "Done" to play later.

Free Play

Most games on our Android service come with a free trial. To play games for free, download the game, tap "Play" on the game page, and then tap "Free Play." Your free trial (of the full version of the game!) will start after a short advertisement.

Purchasing Help

You can buy games as well as purchase in-game items – like currency, boosts, weaponry and other exclusive content – through the WildTangent Android App. If you are having trouble making a purchase:

  • Confirm that you are connected to the Internet.
  • Make sure the name, address, and billing information (e.g. card number, expiration date, CVV, etc.) are correct.
  • If you are using carrier billing, make sure your account is set up for in-app purchases (contact your mobile carrier for more information).

If you are still not able to make purchases, contact your bank or mobile carrier for help.
